2021 Member Maintenance Night
Time & Location
About the Event
Muddy Pedals is here to empower you through building community, taking on new challenges, and learning new skills. This mission doesn’t just cover riding bikes; we’re also here to help empower you to understand the machine that lets us take on such adventures. Join Muddy Pedals and Crank It Up Bike Shop on Wednesday, August 18th for a Muddy Pedals Members Event.
Our goal for the evening is to give you a complete overview of general bike maintenance. We’ll mostly focus on understanding the parts of the bike that require maintenance, why they need love to keep rolling smoothly, and the little things you can do to keep your bike in tip-top shape. Have no fear: there will be hands-on demonstrations AND you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions!
Our 4 topics include: 1) Tubes, Tubeless, and Tire Choice; 2) Wear Items; 3) All Things Chain; and 4) Getting Shifty.
This event will be led by the great team of Muddy Pedals and Crank It Up. Erin Wells, Linz Markwart, Diana Allen, Janet Zahorsky, and Joe “Jeagle” Eagle are excited to play bikes with you.
