FAQ's

Why is this more pricey than any other Campside?

-One... because inflation is real.  But two, and most importantly, we are accessing an epic trail system from the trail builders personal property.  They are cooking homemade, locally sourced meals, some even directly from their own garden.  They have a limited number or people that they can host, which keeps the numbers/atmosphere more intimate. There is zero shuttling, because the trails literally leave directly from the property in all directions.  Trails for EVERYONE.  We want to support their amazing trails and their adventure into hosting these events.  And from meeting them, and riding their trails, I can tell you... it's worth it!

Who should join this camp weekend?

-Anyone indentifying as women+ and non-binary folks.  Campside Sessions is for ALL levels of rider.  The very beginner to the very advanced.  Our certified instructors can add progressions for you depending on your skill level.  Riders will also be broken into groups that make sense for their ability level!

I don't have a bike, can I rent one?

-Email erin@muddypedals.com for local bike shop rental options.

Clipless vs flats?

-We recommend wearing flat pedals for mountain bike clinics, if you are clipless and really want to ride clipped in you can, but you may not feel as comfortable trying some awesome new skills.  We will have a limited number of demo flat pedals.

Does camp really end at 5:00 this year or did Erin make a typo per usual?

-Yup!  It's for real! We know that you are making the trek up to VT and want you to get as much epic ride time in as possible.  What this means... you can absolutely stay at The Trailhouse Sunday evening included in your registration fee.  However, post 5:00pm on Sunday, meals will not be included.  Downtown is very close by and we will hang somewhere local for dinner if people want to join.

What if I dislike all sorts of camping and must have a full on house with 4 solid sides?

-AirBnB's exist!  And we have some local contacts with cabins within two miles of The Trailhouse. The cost of your lodging is then separate from your ticket to camp.  You will need to purchase the main ticket to camp for $599.
